A Quote and Film
Eoin, regarding one of his classmates: I want to marry Sophie, and she wants to marry me. (After some further discussion:) But I don't know what our child will look like.

Now it's Paul on Claire's login posting a re-edited London Eye short film. This time it's only 2 mins, 54 secs long. It's a fast flowing piece this time. I prepped it for a Guardian/Canon project called Freecording. Films need to be inside 1 to 3 mins. Hope you like it.
Comments welcome.

Pajamas, Cars & Books.
I made this short days after we arrived back in London. We had another 3+ weeks of waiting for all our stuff to arrive. The lads had some cars and books to keep them going until being reunited with their furniture and toys.

WHEE!
Swinging in Crystal Palace Park before the weather got cold. The dialogue is interesting. As are Eoin's antics. Connor's the cautious one for a change. Comment if you like. The boys will enjoy reading them.

FIREWORKS: Eoin & Connior do battle
Here's a fun short film of the lads watching fireworks in Crystal Palace Park on Bonfire Night and playing with blue light sabers.
I'll post some photos next but I need to take a break from the movies as I have a huge amount of image processing to do for work.
The next film will be from Inwood followed by a film from a trip to Wakehurst but that'll be in a couple of weeks.
I've been learning a lot making these little shorts. Skills that I can bring to my work.
Please enjoy and let us know what you think. We welcome comments. For posterity.

Quotes of the Days
Eoin the pot, on Paul the kettle: He talks and talks and talks, without any full stops!
Eoin on the colour of his pale yellow towel: It's the colour of butter, melted into a potato. Hey (looking at me smiling)- it's the same colour as your teeth!

The Gathering of the Cousins 2008, Part 1
If you've not get a fast broadband connection, just pause the video briefly to let it gather some. You'll need quite a fast processor.
The Halloween Party from Paul Treacy on Vimeo.
The first of three short films of Eoin and Connor with their Irish cousins in New Ross, Co. Wexford. I love this little film. Watch for Connor bobbing for apples and both Connor and Eoin trying to bite the hanging apple. It's hilarious.
Parts 2 and 3 to follow shortly.
You can see this film a little bigger, along with others, at VIMEO/PHOTOHUMOURIST
