SYDENHAM BLIZZARD 2009

The blizzard of 2009 in Sydenham, London SE26.
Shot entirely on a tiny Flip Mino. The boys were the priority so I didn't bother with my small fig rig stabilizer or additional audio. Kept it simple.

When I upgrade to iMovie09 I'll do a little stabilizing and re-cut it.

PLAYGROUND SHENANIGANS

Eoin and Connor messing around on a hot summer day at Indian Road Playground in Inwood. The end is hilarious. Turn up the volume.

Playground Shenanigans from Paul Treacy on Vimeo.

Next up will be a short experimental, fast paced piece on the lads' new shoes. But it may take a few days to finish. After that I'll be taking a break to catch up with work again. Mind you, I see these as work as I develop new techniques to bring to my assignment work as it becomes more multimedia in nature.

Please enjoy.

Apparition

I've got lots of new material to post here. This from Sunday while running around Wave Hill in the Bronx, one of Eoin's most favorite places and ours too.

More Holiday Pictures

So, here we go with some more images from our holiday
to Ireland. I hope to have everything posted by week's
end, including images from our trip to England to see
friends and other youngsters.

Please feel free to comment. Share memories. Stories.
Perhaps you might consider putting together a family
blog yourself? We can interlink them. Thoughts?

Connor holds his own

Little Connor doing his bit with the adults replacing the sand in the playground sand pit.

I love this picture.

Connor x3

Connor atop a sand pile in Inwood Hill Park's baseball field. He had great craic running up and down and tumbling over it. Then quite suddenly he stopped and started pulling faces.

Squirt

Eoin in the Children's Adventure Garden at the Bronx Botanical Gardens standing on a pressure sensor to make the water squirt. This was in the summer of 2004.
