Connor, Darrian and an ant.
Here's Connor in the sand pit of our local playground on a hot yesterday, sneezing and hanging out with Darrian who has just captured an ant. A large ant. A very large ant. I didn't know they came this big in New York City.

Eoin's crazy dancing
Here are Eoin and Connor messing about in Isham Park across the street from where we live. I have loads of these little clips that I will upload from time to time unedited. At some point, perhaps after a computer upgrade but that'll take a while, I will merge these little clips into a finished film.
Never mind the lack of an image. It plays fine. Click away.

Eoin's Robots
23rd June 07, Eoin drew these in the park tonight, just before we set off home for supper. He wanted to draw a third, but we were running late already and I said no- now I regret it as they are so wonderful. The lines around them demarcate their 'sector'; one is watching the other one dancing. He's in bed now but tomorrow I'll ask him if he wants to dictate some further explanation.
Claire.
I was just thinking that we could make an audio file with Eoin talking about his picture. That would be fun. He asks from time to time to record his ideas. Ever since we did the lego film.
Paul.

Playground Film
This film was made for my parents for their 40th wedding anniversary. However, once you get past the initial greeting you get to see some fun playground shenanigans featuring Eoin, Connor and their friend, Eli who now lives in California. It was made in the summer of 2006, of course. They are all much bigger, faster, noisier and more articulate now and quite a bit more difficulty to keep up with. Please stick with it through the initial message. I think you'll agree it to have been worth the wait.
This version will be a little choppier than the previous QuickTime film but it will be easier for everyone to see. I ran it through LuluTV's translation matrix thereby converting it to a flash movie which is readable by every up-to-date web browser.

More coming shortly
Hello.
More material is coming soon. I'm busy putting the finishing touches to my masterpiece. That which will lift me into the 21st Century and sustain my growth online. Photohumorist.com should be live this weekend. It'll have some bugs, no doubt about that, but it'll gather momentum as the weeks pass and visitors report their impressions. Please join in.
See you soon.
Paul.

Connor x3
Connor atop a sand pile in Inwood Hill Park's baseball field. He had great craic running up and down and tumbling over it. Then quite suddenly he stopped and started pulling faces.

Eoin to Eli in San Francisco
Eoin on the phone to his "bestest friend" in the whole world, Eli. Eli is the same age as Eoin, just about. He used to live directly underneath us in our old building.
He lives in San Fancisco, California now and he and his family, Deborah, David and Lulu are very much missed by the entire community here in Inwood and by Eoin most particularly.

Red Hoodie
It was just after making this shot that I realised that he didn't have his safety helmet. But back then he was just getting started on his balance bike. Now, however, he goes so fast on the thing that he must have his helmet all the time.
This is in Isham Park, right across the street from our building.
